It was actually the entire adbreak it seems, airing the studio feed instead with a rehearsal for the musical guest featured, before camera setup for Nat and Shirvo

No issues seen on the east coast. Around that time was a local traffic report before the program returned.

I assume none of the other states traffic reports come from the helicopter? I have to say having actual footage of the choke points is better than having a video wall of cameras coming from Transport for NSW not even their own cameras. Obviously ATN being cheap. Not sure when it started maybe start of the year but the quality is noticeablely bad.

Is it weather related. I know 10 only has the video wall in QLD when it’s wet or raining heavy

I think ATN has or is saying farewell to the aviation side of things, Adelaide and Perth have always been in front of screens. Probably a cost measure

When not in a helicopter, is Melbourne’s ATN reporter no longer coming from Transport Victoria, since they moved to Ringwood? Used to come out of the old VicRoads Traffic Management Centre in Kew.
As it’s noticeable from those CCTV traffic cameras, they’re all CityLink, so that must be Transurban control room.
