Sunrises coverage of the PM - Trump meeting seemed less than the other breakfast shows. It also included more negative comments on the meeting with the news bulletins including “Trump Blast Rudd” or something similar.

Mark Riley and the foreign affairs commentator both spoke very favourably of the meeting; Mark Riley also very positive in the 6pm news. The hot topics guests today are right wing so of course they’d have that angle.

The “couples dressing” seen at the start of the show received some feedback that they looked like bank tellers. Eddy changed her outfit for 6am.

No big deal, they do not save lives….everyone has been saying how the weekday and weekend crew all work seamlessly together and didn’t half of them work over the weekend for telethon, it is a light news program, not the Nat and Matt show
