I wonder what travel company Seven will pair with?

Nine has Helloworld and Ten has Luxury Escapes…

One wonders if Seven may pair with Escape Travel or TrivagoTV

Seven is pairing with Ignite Travel (half owned by Flight Centre Limited).

Nine News stated approx 2 mins late in Sydney and Brisbane but finished on time.

Almost 2 year old episodes… does Nine have first run rights to this anymore?

Nine showing Kath & Kim AGAIN???

FARM AID TELETHON

Monday, 20 August from 5.30am

Based on the amazing response to Nine’s Drought Relief Appeal, the TODAY show this morning announced the Farm Aid Telethon, to be broadcast Monday, August 20, from 5.30am and continuing throughout the day on Nine and 9Now.

This special event will raise more money to support our farmers who are experiencing the driest winter on record.

TODAY hosts Karl Stefanovic and Georgie Gardner confirmed the Farm Aid Telethon during this morning’s broadcast from drought-ravaged regions across New South Wales and Queensland.

“It’s a dire situation. We need all Australians to rally together for our farmers who so desperately need our help. Our goal with this Telethon is to raise as much money as possible to assist them, their families and their communities,” Stefanovic said.

Gardner said: “To see, firsthand what our farmers are experiencing is truly heartbreaking. So much has already been raised but more is needed. I urge all Aussies to dig deep and support the Telethon, with all money donated going directly to the Drought Relief Appeal.”

Commencing with a special edition of TODAY from 5.30am on Monday, August 20, the Farm Aid Telethon will dominate regular programming on Nine throughout the day, including special reports and live interviews from the land.

So far, Nine’s Drought Relief Appeal has raised an astounding $1,317,350 since its launch last Thursday morning.

Viewers can continue to donate online via todayshow.com.au or by calling 1800 732 165 (Monday to Friday, 5.30am to 8.00pm AEST).

Donations are currently being administered by Rotary Australia and will be distributed to the organisations who can address the immediate needs of our farmers with the help of the National Farmers’ Federation. Money raised will assist fodder and water supplies as well as helping farmers with everyday living expenses, including access to health and financial services.

This week TODAY will continue its comprehensive drought coverage, with Karl Stefanovic on the road interviewing drought-affected farmers across Australia, sharing their stories and bringing viewers special reports.

Why is Doctor Doctor set down to run for 70 minutes? Surely they’re not stretching 45 minutes of actual content to fit more ads in? Same with Bite Club.

Allowing for The Block overrun?

Yeah that makes sense.

If they can’t win that week with 3 NRL matches on Friday, Saturday and Sunday then there’s something wrong with the ratings system.

I’ve seen “coming soon” promos airing for this show in QLD. I wonder when it’ll be screened here

7flix better update their recurring “in 2018 all your fave pics are on flix” ident, as Matilda is shown quite a bit on that.

Took them ages to remove any sight of Pretty Woman after Ten got that, so doubtful.

Foxtel in The Australian today states that, amongst other events and programs, it is looking to broadcast next year’s Academy Awards in 4K. Have Nine lost the rights??
