Ah yes, it is 12pm (instead of 1pm). Thank you, and now fixed

Synopses for the show’s return today

I assume much of today’s program will be dedicated to Warnie, given that synopsis was written on Friday.

And Rod Marsh

James Bracey opened up the show in a standing position. He said that its not the best way to open a new season of the show, with the passing of Shane Warne and Rod Marsh. They’ll start the show with a tribute to Warnie and Rod Marsh.

Using the news set I see. Is there some rugby on at the moment?

They used the news set last year too.

On occasion, yes.

Does anyone know what/where this stadium is? Or is it not real and just a background creation?

Tributes from this morning

Chloe Dalton and Kris Smith make their Sports Sunday debut as panellists this morning.

Dalton is an AFLW player for the GWS Giants, and Smith is a former Rugby League player in England’s Super League (though i only know him as a tv presenter here in Australia). Both have been pretty good on the show and quite knowledgeable

Sports Sunday is currently on 9Gem in NRL Cities, due to rolling coverage of the Election Announcement over on Nine.

(EDIT: airing in Melbourne and Sydney live)

It’s also on 9Gem in Melbourne for some reason.
No sign of The Sunday Footy Show which was meant to be on at 10am.

Sports Sunday in Sydney and Melbourne but not Brisbane.

My bad. Well, that’s odd. Not sure why Sports Sunday is only in Melbourne and Sydney, and not in Brisbane. I understand Perth and Adelaide due to the time difference.

But at least its still airing in select cities and not cancelled. This is why multi-channels is good to utilise when “breaking news” is on the main channel.

A Rare Appearance for Sports Sunday at 10am in Melbourne on 9gem before The AFL SFS hits the Airwaves on Nine.
