CRAM! Watermark
Something I haven’t done before and might do is set a full recording to see what happens either side of the infomercials block (mainly for 7TWO and 7mate). I wonder if there’s some sort of “switch” before they start at 2am and whether they flick back straightaway after them at 4am to resume regular programming or not.
If they switch to some pre-recorded file from the 7 feed every time infomercials are shown, there’s likely to be some kind of switchover evident.
This was what it looked like when SCA switched 9Life over to an old recording here in QLD to fill in 1 hour of time when DST started down south (starts 4 minutes into the video).
The PRG showing the incorrect “Next” programme made it obvious SCA were using a recording they had on file.
Anyone got caps of the shocking 7-11 Sh!tstain on the Today Melbourne Traffic reports?
It’s bloddy large.
Is it like in the middle of the screen? I remember seeing a bad ■■■■■■■■■ yesterday morning.
ooh, a new banned word!
Shit stain **
Thwarted by fascist mods.
Use of vulgar language such as ■■■■■■■■■, ■■■■■■■■■ or ■■■■■■■■■ will not be tolerated. You have been warned.
Everything is “facism” with you.
A fascist would say that.
Sign of the times. Wake up sheeple!
What the hell is that watermark?
I don’t even know where to look? The 9? The day/time? The FFF? The HD? The other day/time?
Hate the colour/translucent scheme the commercials havw going with them too
Visual pollution.
Some of these have probably already been posted/mentioned, but here’s a few caps of watermarks from the world of Pay TV:
…and from NBN Nine Central Coast:
Of course, news is treated the same way as NBN Nine in other regions but interestingly, there doesn’t seem to be a “NBN” watermark addition for Sport.
Seven Sport watermark on 7HD.
Incorrect.
I think Seven’s system for some reason, doesn’t allow the HD add-on, to switch from top-right to bottom right at the start of the next program.
So instead BCM’s script or an MCR operator does it out of the final ad break of the preceeding program instead.
Always happens.
