TV Week

I was expwctong some minor changes. But i guess it takes time.

I 100% agree with you regarding the tv guide. I hope thats the first change to happen.

Home and Away on the cover this week (“hostage horror”).

Looks like a bestseller

This new editor does not like Neighbours it hasn’t be on the cover for 6 weeks or 2 months?

I wouldn’t dismiss the editor as “not liking” Neighbours. Whether we might like it or not the show has a very limited audience here and if the editor is looking for covers that resonate enough to increase or maximise sales they may choose otherwise. We all (myself included) roll our eyes at Home And Away covers/coverage but i would suspect they must have compelling circulation data to drive those decisions. Same reason TV Week had so many Georgie Parker covers back in the day. She must have been circulation gold.

And like women’s mags back in the old days, if they could get away with putting Princess Diana on the cover each week they would as she was a sales magnet.

This week’s front cover is a collection of images from reality shows on Australian TV over the past 25 years.

Most of them are very well known after appearing on reality shows? I could easily name mosf of them.

Can anyone name the couple in the top right though? They are completely unknown to me.

don’t know. MAFS?
