Watching the Athletics on different streams. The Pole Vault Final has commentary while the rest is commentary free.

BCM have a secondary studio adjacent from the news studio. The Front Bar is currently produced from there along with other sports based programming. If I remember correctly, the Athens 2004 Olympics set was based in this studio.

I was under the impression this was where the current coverage was coming from?

Athens coverage was based at what is now NEP. From memory was still Seven at the time.

Tokyo coverage is based at Docklands Studios Melbourne.

The segments with Bruce (and Hamish) in the studio are such compelling TV. What a sports broadcaster he is!!

OK, Seven are back to their old tricks. They are currently replaying the Bol race one hour after the fact, with the “Live & Free” tag still on-screen. It’s just pathetic to be deliberately deceiving their viewers in this way.

I hate to stand up for channel 7, but it really is just a marketing slogan. Move on.

I was in the gym at Goodlife Carousel watching the Women’s beach volleyball on Channel 7.
Brenton Speed called the Beach volleyball alongside with Kerri Pottharst.
