Didnāt sound right. She couldnāt get her clothes/luggage but had toys and an iPad? Must be more to it. Iām sure it was this person someone asked about at the press conference this morning. Dr Young said she wasnāt aware of the particular case but would look into it.
I like it, but it looks so out of place in the show. Interrupts the flow as you can tell itās from another studio.

I guess the problem is that when Today finishes, Extra starts and then news, meaning that the main set is in use from 5.00-12.00, so Iām not sure if thereād be any opportunity to record this on the main set anyway. Unless theyāre able to close the soft set off and record the update during Extra?

Itās just the background theyāve used. You never see it like that on the main set. Maybe they could have replicated the background behind one of the hosts better or even the background behind Alex if he does them too.

Good result for the show yesterday with wins in Sydney ( by > 500) and Melbourne (by just 35 
) before rounding of the numbers to the closest 1,000. Even without rounding the Sydney tie is rare.

Referring to it three times during one news update. Just a mouthful. Recon viewers can work out when someone has spoken on āTodayā without the constant references to āon 9ā every single time.
