Actually speaking of changes, did we establish whether Tom has finished up on Weekend Today and Peter Stefanovic is back? Remember that weird post from Tom saying it was his last day in the studio etc? No offence to him but Peter and Allison would make a strong duo.

Deb Knight is suppose to be the main fill in so probably won’t see Lara much at all this year,probably just later in the year or the odd day or two if Deb is not available on a day that someone might be away sick for example.

Excellent news. I think we should be finally having some stability to the show this year. I’m really excited to have Allison back. It should be good. Now just the content needs some changing and then they’re good to go.

I took that as pure speculation at the time, l just think Tom’s tweet just meant last working day in the studio for the year before starting his holidays.
I think Pete will remain full time on 60 Minutes especially now with Allison Langdon’s change of roles at Nine.
But maybe he could be filling in hosting on Weekend Today or Today this month?

New promo just aired… in the break of ACA… basically based at a household with Georgie And Karl saying family names and this is coming up etc… Similar to that “ Come home to your local news “ promo from WIN a couple of years back.

Only 1 spot. Peter went to 60 to cover Allison whilst she was on mat leave
