It’s not easy to say even based on averages because 1. Seven coded Monday into a 5pm and 5.30pm segment and 2. Nine coded Monday as a “launch” episode.
But if you try to make adjustments for that Chase Au beat Tipping Point Au 607k to 568k - national average.

What looks to be a promo for the Cyprus version of the show. Their set, while mostly faithful to the UK and Australian versions, has some differences.
And a snippet of gameplay. The contestant has, from the looks of it, taken a trade. Note that the machine moves slowly as compared to our and the UK versions.

Unless Nine state that in a weekly wrap, we are unlikely to know.
But based on Nine’s updated promo tag and Nine’s daily releases last week, it’d be safe to presume that, yes.

The 5 city numbers Nine provided the other day (and put in this forum) seemed to indicate TP won the east coast, but not Adelaide/Perth - with Seven relying on those and regionals to get over the line
But taking “Reach” into account, TVSN probably won… or something

I’ve noticed Tipping Point has been starting at 4.57/4.58pm.
Seems like a ploy to stop viewers going from 9 News to The Chase.
I don’t like it when they do that. They advertise as 5.00pm, so it should start at 5.00pm.

They could always edit other parts of the show eg. intros so it still runs for 1 hour.

I’d say it’s because they’re selling lots of ads since it’s a new show so they’re really cramming them in there.

Gold Coast News is also starting + 1 minute early - ahead of the start time for Seven’s bulletin. Of course the 6pm bulletins start 30 seconds early a well.
