She is Yugoslavian
Eh? Keith is best known for his country music with some pop and rock mixed in. The others are similar with R&B vibes, but all have unique qualities.
If you want ethnic diversity, Mauboy is an Indigenous woman, Guy was born in Malaysia, Rita was born in Yugoslavia and Keith is a Kiwi.

I stand corrected
Actually she identifies as Albanian. She has Albanian parents but the place she was born in was part of Yugoslavia.

Come to 2021, and the actual show is on, will we all (this site and others) still be talking only about the judges… and not the contestants

I reckon the main talking point about The Voice 2020 on Seven from this website and others will be average ratings!

And how fan boys will think that Nine did it better.

It’s actually caring about the show for me.
Have all the judges been announced for this?
Kylie Minogue has returned to Melbourne this week.
Yes Seven announced the judges a little while ago.
Keith Urban, Rita Ora, Jess Mauboy and Guy Sebastian. Though if Rita can’t make it then Kylie would be a good replacement.

During his TV Tonight interview, Angus Ross stated that the new season of The Voice will consist of 13 episodes and it’ll air after the Olympics (assuming they go ahead)

Assuming their air episodes 3-4 times a week, that’s only a 4 week show.

According to That’s the Ticket website, the new season will be filmed at Carrigeworks in Eveleigh, rather than ITV studios at Moorebank in Sydney’s west as was the case last year.
Angus Ross also said that filming would take place this month and next month. I’ve been told on social media that registrations for tickets would open later today.

With only 13 episodes of The Voice this season, here’s how I think it will go. I reckon Seven will try and milk out the blinds for as long as they can.

How many episodes is it usually?
No wonder it is cheap! It is only six weeks!

Registrations for tickets to the following sessions at Carriageworks are now available at That’s the Ticket website.
Blind auditions:

Sunday February 21 (two sessions - PM session sold out)
Sunday February 22 (two sessions - PM session sold out)
The special coaches performance scheduled for February 23 is already sold out.
Looks like the producers have learned from past seasons and decided to bring forward the filming times (10.15am for session 1 and 4.15pm for session 2), so fans are able to go home before midnight.

Filming will continue into March with the 13 part series expected post-Olympics .
I assume when they say 13 parts they mean 13 episodes?
