The Simpsons

Hopefully, but how many countries have the Simpsons taken the piss out of now?

The producers should have made the change a few years ago.

Or just stop making The Simpsons altogether a few years ago.

A few years ago? That’s being rather generous!

I still say The Simpsons should’ve ended with the movie, many others would argue the Late 1990s/Early 2000s. Either way it wouldn’t overly surprise me if the show ends outright sometime in the next few years. When that happens, I’ll probably make an effort to watch the final ever episode but until then, meh…

The Australian episode, the only one I have ever watched in full, was enough for me.

Apparently it was racist as it used non-Australian voice actors to portray Australian characters.

No. Just extremely poorly portrayed depictions of Australian characters.

That’s the joke. </Rainier Wolfcastle>

No different to any other American TV/movie attempts at Australian accents, really! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

FOX8 are now stretching the older episodes of The Simpsons.

Saw a TV ad the other night that Disney+ is streaming the first 30 seasons of The Simpsons.

I thought it was 20C Fox that were doing that?

I think it’s season 20 only.

They’ve been stretching non-HD Season 20 episodes for the past year or two. Season 1-19 still in 4:3.

Marge said in the clip:

I usually don’t get into politics, but the president’s senior adviser Jenna Ellis just said Kamala Harris sounds like me? Lisa said she doesn’t mean it as a compliment.
If that is so, as an ordinary suburban housewife, I am starting to feel a little disrespected. I teach my children not to name call, Jenna. I was going to say I am pissed off, but I am afraid they would bleep it.

Better Things actor Alex Désert replaces Hank Azaria in the role, at least in Sunday’s Season 32 premiere. It’s not known if Désert is the permanent voice for Carl.
Azaria had been the longtime voice of the Black character Carlton Carlson.

For me, he’s better known from Becker.
