After this week’s low ratings (not helped by the program showing against State of Origin), The Masked Singer USA has been bumped to 9.30pm from next Wednesday, November 18.

Any idea when this was going back into production?
TVBlackbox says mid next year which is a bit contradictory to what we’ve heard at the Upfronts that this show will move to Q1 next year with The Amazing Race.

I think 10 is waiting for Australia’s international borders to re-open mid year, so Lindsay can fly in and start work without having to serve 14 days in self-quarantine.

They won’t be opening by then. Lindsay will definitely be doing 14 days quarantine on arrival.

What a waste of time. She just holds up production and she doesn’t even bring anything to the show. Save the money and pay for better celebs to sing

She probably has a contract and they would need to pay her regardless.
I see why this got relegated to a later timeslot here. No one would know any of these people if not in the US.

Bad timing as this season has only a few episodes left. I have been watching this show as it goes to air, but the 10.30pm timeslot means I will have to tape it and watch it on the weekend.

Good timing since this show has rated badly and should never have been in prime time in the first place. You were warned from the start.

This show would have only done OK if it had a strong lead in. Plus it not airing on a couple of random weeks plus timeslot changes has just made it too hard for anyone to follow.
I have been watching it but I really struggle with this version. It’s too over-edited and produced, the cartoony clues flash up too quickly and the different groups airing in different orders is just so inconsistent.

Not sure why 10 is not showing The Masked Singer USA next week. The show is not resting during Thanksgiving in America.
I reckon the fact The Masked Singer US isn’t rating might have something to do with Ten’s decision not to air the show next week.

Move it to 10 Shake (as TVHead has suggested) or 10 Peach then. I want to see which celebrity wins the competition.

Agree, don’t see the point of putting a weak show on the main channel and then moving it around.
Either start it and let it run on the digital channel, or if you’re gonna be ballsy and put it on the main channel and have to move it, leave it at the same time and shuffle it to Peach or Shake.
Imagine having first run content on a digital channel and not repeats, shocking I know.
