No worries my response from them should sort it … not … I swear they copy paste answers…given i did screenshot it and told them what device it was on…

- What is your internet connection? (Wifi/Ethernet/4G)
- What device are you experiencing this issue on and what is the version of the device’s operating system? If using a mobile device, please ensure you have the most updated version of your mobile device’s operating system.
- If you are experiencing a streaming issue from a desktop browser, please provide the browser type and browser version (for example, Safari 11.1). Please ensure you have the most up to date version of your desktop browser.
- Please power off and power on your device.
- Are you receiving an error message or blank screen if you are streaming content? If so, please provide a screenshot of the error.
- Please log out of your Paramount+ account and then log back in.
