Osher Gunsberg and Jackie O. were back in Sydney following their mandatory lockdown. Both were given a quarantine exemption from NSW authorities given they had already spent the time in Melbourne
It looks like Osher can move stright onto the Bachelorette and skipping another 14 days in ISO
That doesn’t seem right in my opinion.
So long as they were in isolated transport between Melbourne and Sydney it seems fine to me (ie probably a car with no stops in Victoria rather than coming on a flight).
Same option is probably open to anybody who can afford to fund it.

It looks like the Bachelorette is only airing 1 episode a week with the Masked Singer U.S on Thursdays

Why do they do that? Every bloody season? Stop telling us they’ve found love before the show even starts. Let us find out by, I dunno, watching it!
If people think they’ve found love, they’re more likely to tune in and commit their time to watching the show but it doesn’t mean it lasted past the show which we’ve seen in previous seasons.
