I actually feel like The Golden Bachelor is better suited to 9 and might do ok. It would have felt a bit out of place on 10 which I am guessing is why they didn’t push ahead with the concept. The season did well in the US being one of the most watched Bachelor seasons in years.
Was actually thinking it would be better for 7’s audience, skewing a bit older maybe, and better than any other dating series they’ve tried bar Farmer.
Doesn’t seem like a good fit for 9 for me given they couldn’t make My Mum, Your Dad a hit after 2 seasons.

Just proves the show is complete bullshit. What would be more interesting is if they made an average joe who isn’t a hunk as the Bachelor. Also make it a shoot and not a work (to use the pro wrestling vernacular)
