Apologies if the question as been answered before, but does anyone know the technical reason why the very occasional “Sneak Peek” promo (the current one for MasterChef is a good example, although there was also one for either The Bachelor or Bachelorette some time back) airs in native HD while all other promotional/On-Air Presentation elements during breaks are in upconverted SD?
probably because it’s a ‘program’ edited on the suites capable of HD.

A good pun there. In May, Channel 10 will be amazing and this will have the opportunity to win back ratings.
Agreed, so dated and it was so overused in ads last decade anyway.

Alex Lloyd’s “Amazing” probably would’ve made for a great song to use in a Channel Ten promo about 15 years ago…although I think Ford were using quite heavily in their TV ads back then!
