Has 10 Comedy always had its own sponsor board with a unique voiceover person? Saw one before the 9am DoND episode
Also how broke are 10? I’ve seen reading writing hotline, ad standards, and classification PSAs on 10 Comedy this morning. I thought the multi-channels didnt do too bad for 10.
They always ran those in morning slots. I can remember them when they had children’s scripted programming in weekend morning or weekday afternoon slots.
They could have tied this in with the existing 10 Comedy multichannel.
But we all know it doesn’t have much to promote at all.

The Home of Comedy
I remember Nine attempted something like that back in 2011.
Gogglebox… is that what we’re calling ‘comedy’ now? Thank God You’re Here and Your Gen would fit the brief—but where are they? Oh, that’s right: one’s been “rested” and the other quietly axed.
And four shows—HYBPA?, The Cheap Seats, Taskmaster Australia, and Sam Pang Tonight—hardly justify banging the drum as a “Home of Comedy.” Especially when most of 10’s recent so-called comedic ventures—Ghosts Australia, Impractical Jokers, and The List—either underperformed or barely registered with audiences.
If anything, CBS would have a far stronger claim to that title. For 10, it comes off less like branding and more like the punchline in itself.
