But why go to the effort to create a Product Sponsor board when there is no product to sell? You can flash up a reminder to stream at any time during the show.
Sponsor board is already created and it’s done in house cheap. It’s a reminder about watching/streaming on 10, so it’s about awareness and driving people there too. But maybe it’s filler? Who knows.
Always interesting (and slightly amusing) how the smallest of details the network do always generate so much attention lol.

Why not use that airtime to run a commercial for the 10 streaming app instead? Would be way more effective
That’s essentially how they promote it now, exactly how you’re seeing it above - it’s all 10 watch + stream free.
They rarely use the app icon in material.

It’s funny since they choose an endboard not seen in any other promos specifically to differentiate it.

That’s essentially the problem. Wouldn’t have seemed weird if the sponsor was 10play but it looks weird when its 10w+sf.

I would love a promo that says watch on your TV and stream free anywhere with the 10 app icon and visual differention between the two. Also clarifies the use of watch + stream free as individual terms

Saw it during The Smurfs this afternoon on Nickelodeon.
Also caught part of a IAC ident with the tag ‘celebrities beware it’s a jungle out there’
No idea if it aired on linear or just 10WASF - 5.41pm AEDT.
I saw that ident in canberra recently, couldn’t record it
