Hawaii Five-O could have moved back to its traditional 10:30pm Wednesday slot, replacing repeats that are currently airing.
Scorpion could have moved to 7:30pm Sundays on One, where the show has previously aired repeats.
MacGyver could have moved to One on Friday nights at 7:30, which would have replaced the Richard Dean Anderson classic episodes of the same show
So far Ten has done exactly that ! Wonder if MacGyver is moving to One on Fridays then replacing the classic episodes?
Will H50 do better at 10.40 than it did on Saturday?
Considering Madam Secretary gets 200k I doubt it. Probably will get about 120k in the slot.
It never aired in Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth due to the AFL though?
Did Ten have the AFL rights when they aired Monk?

Yes (it ran between 2002 & 2009), but Ch 10 certainly aired it in its later years.
During the 2007-2011 broadcast deal, Ch 10 would air The Simpsons, Futurama & Monk on Saturday nights in NSW & QLD (when no Sydney Swans or Brisbane Lions games were playing) 
The AFL game produced earlier that night (for the other markets), would then air delayed late at night, usually ~10:30pm.
Note:
Even though multi-channels came about the late 2000s, because that broadcast deal was set-in-stone in 2006, it wouldn’t be until 2012 that we would see all AFL games LIVE in NSW/QLD on 7Mate & therefore the oppertunity for Ch 7 to air more appropriate programming on the main channel in NSW/QLD (it also saw the end of delayed Friday night footy in Melbourne, with BH&G moved).

What is wrong with Ten? Why is there a new Law and Order SVU at 9:05pm on a Saturday night? If Hawaii Five O didn’t work there another crime drama won’t.

I agree I thought it would air earlier than that. 9:05 is just an awkward time.
SVU is not going to work for them on Saturdays unless it has a consistent timeslot, not a random “after the movie” slot.

Bull was scheduled to start at 8.40pm but it began about 5 minutes early. One of those rare cases I’m a Celebrity finished before scheduled time.
But this is the thing why cant things just air on the scheduled time? Most of Celebrity is pre recorded segments. People look at advertised times to tune into a show.
And the printed guides & Sunday EPG said 24: Legacy would start at 9.40. I started my recording at 9.35, but it had already started. WTF?
I’ve seen that Scorpion and Hawaii Five O have been rescheduled but what about MacGyver? Is it currently being shown anywhete?

Well @Bort I’m glad you asked. 
One of the guys at work asked me what happened to the shows he liked on Saturday nights because I always seem to know what’s happening when the networks keep viewers in the dark.
