Ten Network - Programs and Schedules

I think it’s safe to say 10 will still be fighting off SBS for 4th place in the mornings.

I’m just thinking this could be a start of new programming during the day. I am wondering if this strategy looks like even a moderate gain, whether the daytime US game shows could be brought in to take on other daytime programming on the other networks.

I won’t go into any sort of suggested timeslots to avoid mock schedule territory, but do no recently 10 Peach has been airing reality encores at 9am during the week

Ten have dropped the repeat of Entertainment Tonight They need to make sure they show the episodes in full in the afternoon if they’re not going to repeat them because it’s just a waste of a show.

Yesterday’s episode was cut down to about 15 minutes and we didn’t have a repeat this morning. Quite stupid that they upload this short edited version on 10play instead of the full episode.

Have you contacted them? Would make sense to complain, otherwise they’ll just keep doing this.

Maybe they can fast-track episodes to 10 play lol.

I have no idea where to complain these days. Emails I have sent in the past went unanswered.

Couldn’t image they would be super responsive, but this email is on the 10 Play facebook page - could try it? contactus@networkten.com.au

Do they not screen it at 1pm after the news? That’s what the schedule suggests but I’m overseas.

They do, but it gets cut down depending on the run time for the preceding program which is usually reality encores at varying lengths.

That way they have a clean start from 3pm when their afternoon lineup starts with Cooking show / Afternoon news / Neighbours / B&B etc.

I have to say, I am quite enjoying Drew for breakfast this week. Quite the alternative!

That’s right except the reality shows follow it. So it depends how long the episode of Mastechef/Survivor is. Some days it’s 30 minutes, some days it’s 20/15 minutes and some days it gets dropped.

Sorry yes, I mean to write following it.

@aarontvcentral Hey Aaron, have the guides for week beginning June 17 come through? Any chance Days is on main channel guide or still not yet?

Thanks!

Still not yet

Thanks.

Bad news for Nan :older_woman:

Going to make the main channel weeks behind the US though.

I hope this does better than Saturday Night Rove.

Strange comparison? One is a stand alone comedy special, the other was a (planned) variety series.

With HYBPA? as a lead-in, it’s almost certain to do better.

Ready Steady Cook seems to be out of the schedule for this Saturday, guides show a repeat of The Dog House Australia in the 6:30pm slot.

Lloyd Langford: Current Mood
Monday 17 June 9:30 pm
Apart from champing at the bit to be back touring, Lloyd Langford is almost certainly feeling one or more of the following moods; cheeky, baffled, exhausted, curious, absolutely sick to death of going to the playground. Tune in to discover his prevailing vibe.

The Lloyd Langford comedy special was originally scheduled two weeks ago but was replaced by the encore of Taskmaster Australia.
