If the Clipsal 500 is in HD then I am happy about that, plus other big sporting events.
At least Seven has the online HD channel, with actual HD content.
Rewatching the The Project, the only thing in HD are the studio shots (albeit they are soft) the headline text.
Watermark is SD:
Here’s my attempt at a “I think this is HD” cap:
Obviously though, that it’s debatable means it’s not good enough HD.
I think they will spend the next few weeks upgrading graphics etc. Or at least I hope
But the audio is less than AM radio quality
So Colbert in SD too
Ten were showing Letterman in HD in 2007… and without the stupid cover-up

Ten HD is on channel 210 on Foxtel Cable and ONE has been moved to 140 next to 11. So far no EPG for Ten HD and channel number not up as yet at 5.35am. But keying in 210 brings up the channel. It also has the Foxtel lock key which appears on stations not subscribed to but it has a picture. So far I am not impressed with picture quality on FTA or Foxtel. Surely 10 can improve this!

Thats fine and good mate, and we can all hope for that, but my concern is why did they do a soft launch now , instead of maybe near close to a few sporting events instead? That way they would have had some time to get the HD stuff all sorted?[/quote]
Well, isn’t it better to do a soft launch now so they can sort out all the little glitches and bugs? So, by the time those big sport events happen, they should be sorted.
Ten were doing better HD back in 2007. As far as I can recall even their sydney based news reports were HD. Surely all this can done in HD from now on.
Is STUDIO 10 looking good on HD?
Not bad. At first glance with a comparison between SD and HD is it’s much better. A point to note Jonathon Coleman just mentioned the new HD channel before he did a live advertorial. “we’re now in HD etc…”
