Not sure if I read over this originally, but Sharp is only saying that David Woiwod is “favoured” for the role and will be “trialled” over summer. So a replacement isn’t imminent it seems.

There’s no way that St John’s ambulance segment happened in the area behind the desk. Must’ve been moved for that segment.

Yes, I think I’ve seen a picture of it moved to the left hand side of the set out of camera shot in the past.

It is, but we established it doesn’t get moved for the standing intros in front of the main screen at the top of the news hour… it’s the angle and lense used. I was just saying, it’s obviously been moved during the show on this occasion.
Yes people here often seem to remember that people do often move for work.

9am headlines this morning coming from I’m guessing the news set, as they likely reset the studio after having the ‘kitchen’ setup in the desk area.
Also interesting after Eddy finished the headlines, it just faded to a title card and music before an ad break.
I don’t watch Sunrise much, but all the times that I’ve tuned in, that’s what normally happened?

That’s normal for the 9am news to just fade to title card.

Rarely watch any breakfast tv, just thought it was interesting. There are a lot of short segments and stacked ad breaks at the end, feels very choppy.
