I think it was a fair comment.
If Peter Overton started a bulletin at 6pm and all of a sudden Georgie took over at 6:30pm it’s a curious and unusual situation.
It appears it’s no different here.
Sounds like just an observation. I didn’t feel as if Drew was literally (a specific place) asking where she went more-so if they mentioned it on air.
It’s very different when Studio is about ten hours long. 
Plus, the newsreader has been swapped over many times before with Doody and Narelda.
Denise Drysdale revealed this morning that she had to undergo brain surgery. This comes after the news last year she was hospitalised with a nerve disorder.
That explains why she has struggled in recent appearances on the show.
