Next year’s Suncorp Super Netball grand final will be played in Adelaide. As part of the deal with the SA Government, the Thunderbirds (this year’s grand finalist) will move their home games to Adelaide Entertainment Centre - subject to availability - allowing the government to begin immediate work developing a plan to rejuvenate Netball SA Stadium.

Adding in the medals from other events (including gold for Rhiannan Iffland in women’s high diving and Cassiel Rousseau in men’s 10m platform), Australia finished with 15 gold, 9 silver and 6 bronze at the World Aquatics Championships.
