Thanks for the update.
SCA’s decision to sell its DAB stations to advertisers along with its FM frequencies has been a buzz topic so far this year.
Southern Cross Austereo has launched a new way of enabling the dynamic insertion of personalised and targeted audio ads into live radio commercial breaks.
I hope SCA’s works better than Nova’s ad insertion on the Smooth 95.3 stream which on occasion continues to randomly play ads over songs.
A departure from their stand off with royalty bodies, such a stream far from a simulcast.
I haven’t seen SCA’s new logo mentioned here yet…
Forgot this thread existed - posted about it in the Corporate radio thread yesterday:
Shithouse Crappy Audio.
Looks like something a smartarse work experience kid or poor unpaid intern did. Wouldn’t put it past them either - get someone to do it for free instead of paying a professional to do it.
Shithouse Crappy Artwork too!
If he is not sacked and blackballed after this, there is something majorly wrong.
in days of old, he’d have been given Triple M breakfast
These days, he’ll probably be running the joint soon.
Next opportunity is promotions: the old favourite of “Beat the Bomb” is replaced with Beat the Behavourial Awareness Officer…(cue Benny Hill music)
What a surprise. People will do anything to get a job in media.
Huh?
He’s already in media with SCA.
