Is this why SCA and SRN had a meeting the other day?
To compare who can do the most networking in the quickest amount of time?

Except, SRN don’t do that. They have local breakfast for all but the legacy licences of the Gamble/Griffith farming families/Macquarie Bank trio.
Might have been as simple as a booking error when lodging SCASat times for the week.
Or it could be more than that…
How do you sell the board led abomination of SCA Sydney breakfast?
Hit will have The Jimmy & Nath Show on breakfast nationally, The Hamish & Andy podcast on drive from 4-6pm weekdays and Nights with Seany B, with Nic Kelly hosting nights throughout January.
Harley Breen, Candice Warner and Tom Tilley will be back from December 4 to 15 each weekday morning from 6-9am for Triple M’s Summer Breakfast show in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and streamed live on the LiSTNR app.
FINALLY! FINALLY! FINALLY!
Good to see SCA putting H&A pre-records on Drive where their content is better suited (with some ex-FM H&A listeners now being able to listen to them once again).
“Live” breakfast is always much better (even if it is national).
This was always a no-brainer IMO.
More unimaginative cost saving from SCA. No local breakfast or drive, treating metro to the contempt regional markets have suffered for years now.
Also shows a lack of talent to be trialled, largest radio station owner and they dismantled their own talent pipeline. Quite an effort of stupidity.
And they’ll be the first to complain about how government regulation threatens localised voices…
Big shakeup.
96FM was the Eagles partner since they joined the VFL. Although it is the 2nd time West Coast has been sponsored by a Triple M station.
92.9/PMFM was partners with the Fremantle Dockers from when they joined in 1995.
SCA is able to offer the Eagles scale that ARN in WA can’t match.
Interesting to see which station will partner with Fremantle? Nova or 96FM?
Compared to the Adelaide AFL teams which change radio partners frequently, Perth teams had remained the same for over 20 years.

Host of The Howie Games, Mark ‘Howie’ Howard said: “Commentating cricket on Triple M is the ultimate job, sitting alongside absolute legends of the game, calling the action and having a laugh is as good as it gets. Then, when the day’s play finishes, download a podcast or three and continue your sport fix. Happy summer days!”
SCA Head of Sports Content, Ewan Giles, said: “We are really proud of LiSTNR’s sports line up. From being home with the biggest names in cricket to some of the best yarns from great storytellers, it really is all happening on LiSTNR!”
