The blue is a nice shade…

No way. They are just awful.

never got the dislike for them.
They have some personality and suit their channel profile/branding.

The homogenous look is not a good one.

Me neither. The names are another story, but the logos, as being discussed here, are fine.

Kinda gives me a Kmart vibe.

Sydney, too.

Although it’s probably for the best there isn’t a 7mate version of the Live & Free marking used on Sport (at least for now), because the regular version is bad enough!

I’m pretty much in the same mindset about the 10 BOLD/Peach logos - nothing massively wrong with the logo design as such, but the names (especially Peach - that, 9Honey and the possibility of a Jam and/or Shake in the future should tell media companies to stay away from brands named after food & drink!) are absolutely horrible.

I’m getting more the actual Australian Kmart vibe

Are they trying to emulate raaaaaaaaaaaage?

Seven needs the lady who did the “raaaaaaaaaaaage” yell.

Maaaaaaaate is not new. It’s been around since the beginning of the channel.

I’d say that Seven has gone from having the worst on-air presentation of the 5 metro networks before this new package to having the worst on-air presentation of the 5 metro networks.

I’d have to disgaree. The presentation is not perfect, but some of the endtags look really good. Way better than Nine.

Nine need a refresh, my god it has been five years.

What’s going on with 7TWO tonight? Half the ‘O’ in the watermark is chopped off. Have they overstretched the program to fit widescreen?

This is an improvement though!

No, but the blue filtered image with maaaaate stretched across it is

It’s gone from being the worst to being the worst?

This blue version of the 7mate PRG from Prime looks a lot better:

White on red / white on blue looks so much nicer.

9’s is certainly no better than 7’s. It’s outdated and chunky.
They’re all much of a muchness tbh. Can’t see too much of an issue with any of them. Not high on the list of things we should be worrying about.

Not sure if it has been mentioned before that the “double diagonal” element used in Seven’s package is similar to a feature of FOX’s presentation in the US. It, of course, joins a long list Oz TV presentations with connections to the US.
