In Melbourne (because it stars Victoria Police) it’s always been:
“Melbourne’s new Highway Patrol”.
Everywhere else would be “Australia’s new Highway Patrol”.
Looks like they’ve dropped the “Australia” now?
Just saw a new “Love You Queensland” ident on 7mate in Townsville featuring a heap of local footage from Townsville - was quite well done!

Seven Productions is now…
“Seven Studios” with a new glossy graphic 
As seen (in small) on the program closer at the bottom of the screen at the end of Better Homes and Gardens.

Is the 7flix watermark smaller?
PRG front (as mentioned) has also recently been tweaked.
Possibly something to do with channel launch in more of regional Australia tomorrow?
The channel is also fed from BCM to MediaHub for transmission, not sure if that has anything to do with it?
The other way around. The playout originates at MediaHub and it is then sent out from there to be combined with the other channels for broadcast.

TVW used to do Love You Perth back in the 80s and again in 2009 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the station. Love You Queensland is only used in 7 Queensland

I was under the impression MediaHub only handle the transmission/technical/engineering side?
Why wouldn’t the channel by prepared/controlled via BCM (as it’s identical in almost every way, to the other channels)?

It would be a capacity issue. Each channel output requires individual equipment such as encoders, Seven would have had to buy more when they added the channel, so it probabaly worked out cheaper to outsource it - especially since it’s a channel with very little variation and the schedule can easily be set in advance and need very little alterations. That’s part of the reason why they don’t use 7flix for overflow for events such as the olympics - because their playout team don’t have direct control of it.
This expense of equipment is also why the regional Qld version of 7flix and the shopping channels all run the same feed and are not localized - because it would be far more expensive to create extra feeds.

I think that Seven Studios means something different to Seven Productions. At least some programs are still using “Seven Productions” e.g. 800 Words, Towies, Queensland Weekender.
