Sunday (25.12.16): Katrina Blowers is anchoring solo in Brisbane tonight with Rohan Welsh on sport. Paul Burt is presenting the weather.
2016 has been a breakout year for Angela in my opinion. I think we will see some big things for her over the next few years. She really has impressed me from Weekend Sunrise to what I saw of her tonight anchoring the bulletin - she has a very strong manner to her presenting style which is quite endearing. And she is a gun reporter as evidenced by her work in the US. Big things to come I hope/predict.

Jacqueline Felgate had an early start today, appearing on 3AW breakfast with Justin Smith and Kate Stevenson. Instead of discussing news events, she talked about why people stank and gave an example, someone treated the newsroom kitchen as his/hers and used the sandwich grill to cook fish!

Blake Johnson presented Afternoon News on Monday & Tuesday this week.
Michael Usher presenting in Sydney (obviously he will work Mark’s roster while he is on holidays.) Ryan Phelan presenting sport and Angie Asimus on weather.
Another busy day for Angela Cox she is also presenting national Afternoon News after presenting Morning News and reading news on Sunrise this morning.

5.30pm (GC)- Amanda Abate is anchoring, with Rod now on annual leave.
6pm- Max Futcher and Katrina Blowers are anchoring. Rohan Welsh is presenting sport (Monday - Wednesday) with Paul Burt on weather.
Blake should be given the 6pm bulletin too. Nick McCallum is a gun reporter but in studio struggles. A bit like Chris Reason up in Sydney.
Mark Mooney in Adelaide this Boxing Day.

I know a lot don’t like him in the studio, but I really enjoy Chris Reason presenting. I like his presenting style.

Undoubtedly working very hard in the past week. She is an upcoming talent that Seven should be keeping at all cost. Just wondering, what does everyone think of what Angela Cox will do on a permanent basis next year if she is continuing to present next year?

On a side note, (even thought I’m in the miniority), I think that Jacqui Felgate is a stronger reader than Nick MacCullum. He should have done Christmas Day and given Jacqui another week at 6pm.
