Jodie went on maternity leave in September last year,we don’t know when she will be returning.

Doubt she will return to the early news considering her husband is taking over Alan Jones’ timeslot.

Well done to him. Hope he gets far.

I completely understand the reason for keeping them in “the family” but to use the term “family” is treating the punters as though we’re stupid. If it was family, they’d stay for free.

Laurel Irving is a cut above Jacqui Felgate as presenter in Melbourne that’s for sure!

I wish they would make her a permanent presenter of bulletins.

Dare I say it, as presenter she is even better than Mike Amor. They are on par as presenters.

Mike shines in the field, but that is probably where he belongs.

I quite like Mike. But agree, Laurel is fantastic. They are both top of their game. Melb is lucky.

Melbourne is lucky, yes, but aren’t utilising their assets properly unfortunately.

I agree with that, his presenting seems to have got worse when he started in Melbourne. However, there is something about all the 7Melbourne presenters and there play-school like intonation.
