I’ve always seen these things as promoting the year ahead not the year about to pass

Dear god what a mess the floor is! All those white marks. Could have Atleast put down some gaffer tape over the marks to hide them!

If you look closely, they are a reflection of the lights on the screen behind them

Not this it isn’t…

There’s usually a desk there, which probably explains the marks.

I’m sure it was only shown during the wide opener for a few brief seconds, not ideal but not really a big deal either.

I’m well aware the desk is usually there, being a Melbournian myself :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

However it shows once again Seven not looking after their sets. The white marks I imagine are from the presenter chairs, which really should have a protective mat under them like 9news do.

It’s just the little things that you notice. Yes the desk is usually there, and it’s portable so you would think they would just take that extra bit of care to look after what they’re have, considering that flooring is just an adhesive to give the pattern.

For the uneducated, who are these people? Looks like something from the Nineties.

Stop it. You know who they are (as a media spy member) yes They’re not national names, but locally they’re well known.

They have an irrational hatred of everything Melbourne

Honestly, the only one I knew was David Woiwod.
And, I don’t have an irrational hatred of everything Melbourne. I do have a rational dislike of Melbourne provincialism.
