Seven doesn’t televise any of the lower grade Grand Finals anymore do they, and they haven’t done this for quite a few years now?? I wonder why?
TAC Cup (under-18s) have been moved away from AFL Grand Final day for a few years. Part of it could be AFL’s scheduling.
This year’s TAC Cup grand final will be held at Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium next Sunday night (September 24) after the VFL women’s and men’s grand finals.

They do televise the VFL Grand Final (in Victoria only) but it’s on the Sunday the week before the AFL Grand Final

All 3 State Leagues that 7 cover have their GF’s on Sunday (Richmond vs Port Melbourne in the VFL, Port Adelaide vs Sturt in the SANFL, Peel vs Subiaco in the WAFL). All 3 are AFL reserves teams (Richmond are obvious, Port Magpies almost as obvious, Peel controversially are Freo’s reserves team) against stand alone state league teams (the Borough are perennial contenders, the Double Blues are defending their crown, and Subiaco are playing on their spiritual home for the last time, as this is the last proper Australian Rules match that we know of that will be played at Subiaco).

It would be nice to be able to choose from all three to watch (using 7mate and 7flix). Never gonna happen though.

I think when the ABC covered the state leagues, they used to replay all games nationally late at night during the week on ABC2 I think? This would have been 10 years ago now …
Wonder if 7 might put those Grand Finals on 7Plus as a catch up option?

Yes, ABC did indeed replay all the State Leagues on ABC2 about a decade ago. 
I remember watching them as that was the only option at the time. It’s a pity Seven didn’t follow this lead as they could’ve easily aired them early mornings during the week on either 7mate (or Seven itself) instead of screening Home Shopping during these slots.
The VFL goes up on Plus 7 early each week.

Seven has basically conceded the preliminary final won’t pull the same audience in Sydney like last year when GWS’ clash with the Bulldogs went down to the wire.

Its not on 7mate, its on 7. Well in Vic/Tas it is anyway.
7 replayed State Leagues along with Crows Show/Eagles Vision for first half of '16 then discontinued. Was on midnight-ish Mon-Wed from memory. No idea why it stopped.
