My God that’s a terrible experience
I’ve flagged it with 7plus support for what it’s worth. I don’t mind the fact that they’ve closed the loophole that might have given access to the NSW feeds here depending on what device you’re using so much, but it really should be redirecting to the Victorian feeds on all devices if it’s picking up an Albury location despite the NSW IP (rather than just refusing to load live AFL content altogether when selecting from the website which is linking to the NSW feeds).
After last week Eagles v Suns 7+ mini match highlights was the Fox feed, yesterday’s Dockers v Swans mini highlights are the 7perth feed.
That’s wired
Just watch it and its the Fox coverage!!
Yeah the 7plus mini consists of highlights from the 7 Perth telecast and the AFL app has highlights from the Fox Footy telecast.
I noticed Sunday Footy Feast was using Seven’s sport watermark when showing highlights of St Kilda v Geelong, even though it wasn’t shown on FTA anywhere
oh don’t worry, I’ve seen 7News use the current 7sport watermark on AFL footage from 2002-2006!
Makes full sense to me. The production company uses a different setup to NEP, so don’t have the full new package.
Is that a real question lol?
Last weeks match between Eagles & Suns which had 7perth broadcast is on 7+ with the Fox feed. Maybe from now on it will be the 7 feed for the Sunday afternoon games in WA that’s uploaded to 7+ or this was a mistake

“We thank the Seven Network and every WAFL Club for their support and working with us to bring this new and exciting initiative to life,” Mr Roberts said.
Below is the Sullivan Logistics WAFL broadcast schedule for Rounds 1-11 on Seven, 7mate and 7plus Sport, with all other WAFL games broadcast exclusively via 7plus Sport.
Noticed that the AFL appear to have enforced new jackets for “broadcast crew” (matching other accredited officials and their positions), coloured purple. With that title on the back, with the AFL logo. And the broadcaster on the front (“7”). As seen at the start of post game as soon as they went into Essendon’s changerooms tonight with some 7AFL staff walking around.
Last week at the MCG, in attendance, I saw Fox Footy’s were the exact same, but with their “Fox Sports” logo on the front.
Sorry if it’s already been brought up.
Collingwood veteran Scott Pendlebury providing special comments for Carlton v Western Bulldogs tonight. His side has the bye this round.
