Featuring Jess Lemon’s cardamon spiced macarons, Morgan Hipworth’s white chocolate pavlova and Gareth Whitton’s Christmas chocolate tarts as well as her own ultimate chocolate yule log and Christmas puddings with caramel sauce.
Aussie public broadcaster SBS has also acquired The Peoples of North Vietnam and three episodes from Masters of Savours, focusing on champagne, salt and tofu.
