Fuller should not have a second job, I think. He has a full-time job and that should his only job. His time off from being the police commissioner should be exactly that, time away from work.
Gladys has approved his second job, but I don’t think she should have.

It takes four hours to drive from Melbourne CBD to Albury, only 1.5 hours (or less depending on Monash Freeway traffic) to Casey Fields.
Agree, 54 kms vs 325 kms, its ALOT closer distance wise.
Many people take second jobs to make ends meet. Maybe Fuller is in that boat and his $649,500 isn’t doing the trick.

So it appears that Fuller didn’t know that there was a legal impediment that prevented him taking the second job. He’s a goose.
Since when is the Police Commissioner expected to know the law?
He only has to enforce the law.
