Various segments from the home improvement shows from 1998. The YouTube version is not available yet because Seven does not want any segments of Better Homes & Gardens to be seen by anyone. I have to wait for YouTube to trim out those segments:

In the meantime, the full version is available here (at least until Seven gets their hands on it):

I seem to recall at one point Bright Ideas had actual infomational segments either mixed in with infomercials or even without them, was this true?

They own Better Home & Gardens and they have the rights to take down any clips of it from YouTube or anywhere else. Same goes with Home and Away.

Who knows about earlier series, but given they have about eight series of it (plus specials) on demand and on a FAST stream on 7plus… they obviously think there is value in protecting it…

Seven being a lot more aggressive with pushing out things like dedicated FAST streams for its shows -on 7+ - and for H&A that includes a channel for the classic years too - probably means it’s more likely they’ll pounce on it elsewhere.

Kate Ritchie as Molly in the 1986 Cyclone Tracy miniseries. She was 7 but it was the usual production/child labour laws technique of a very short older kid playing much younger (they had to use a plate to cover up her missing tooth because of that).

Yesterday (January 10) marked 25 years since The Sopranos debuted on HBO in the US. It is still regarded as one of the best dramas in the modern era.

To celebrate the milestone, several deleted scenes are being released on Max.

That show was the bomb! Essential Saturday night viewing in 1994. I seem to recall it came back in 1995 and lasted just one episode before ol Uncle Doug pulled the pin.

Did they issue everyone with one of these couches in the 80s? I swear I see them everywhere in interviews.
