As it’s been covered before, there are actual logos (well, red or blue “HD” text next to the logo) for the current “7HD” and “7mateHD” channels but they’re very rarely if ever used on air outside of watermark additions.
Awesome. Those look great! I’m not expecting either of them to actually do much (or anything really) but they should take inspiration from your mocks.
I’m sure it’s been said to you on many occasions on here before, but you have some real talent and should be hired by one (or all of them to be completely honest) of networks! Your work is seriously that good and makes the work of a fair percentage of the so-called “experts” efforts look pretty ordinary that are already hired. This applies to @SydneyOnAirTV’s great mocks too! You guys would be quite a combo.

Why do all the cities get a decimal point in the frequency except for Kiis Sydney?
I dunno, seems a bit plain IMO.
I agree, but for whatever reason KIIS Sydney actually brands it’s station without the decimal point…
Indeed. Regarding plain, maybe. But it avoids the ugly mouth logo, or the stupid H logo for the HIT network. I think simple logo designs can be powerful when used with other good design elements.

I do hate the current 96FM logo, so this is a very good refresh for the whole network.
Nicely executed but I’m not a fan personally. Very generic in style, doesn’t really portray a message about the brand or positioning like the existing branding does.
Feels like it would be a step back IMO, at least the current logos are creative and bring something different to the table.

Why did Mix even rebrand to KIIS in the first place? What does KIIS even mean? At least Mix could be associated with music: a mix of songs (suitable for their contemporary hit programming), a remix, etc.
The rebrand was also totally mishandled. Now we have Melbourne and Sydney on the KIIS brand, Adelaide on the old Mix brand, Perth and Brisbane with no brand, and a complete branding confusion. If they couldn’t do a network-wide rebrand, why bother?
IMO they should all switch to KIIS. KIIS96, KIIS 97.3 and KIIS102.3. I know 97.3 does very well, just add the KIIS name, no change to format.
Because when they poached Kyle and Jackie O, Kyle said there was no way he would ever be on Mix, but a brand new/relaunched station would be ok. KIIS in LA was suggested as brand and station that Kyle liked and wanted to be a part of.

Here’s a little idea for a morning show on Sky- kinda going for a Morning Joe feel, with PVO, Brook and GT chipping in and doing sport also. Then a weather girl (is Jaynie still at Sky?)
