Possibly because the same feed is also relayed on 100.3 in Margaret River and 96.7 in Collie too?
The ones in Dalby and Warwick in Southern QLD are just Hit and even 105.1 in Kempsey has RDS of Hit102.3 from Port Macquarie.

Just noticed today 4ZZZ has occasional Dynamic PS. About once every few mins it changes from â4ZZZâ to âPEOPLEâ âPOWEREDâ âRADIOâ then settles back on 4ZZZ for the new few mins.

Yeah it spends more time saying that these days than what it should say. Maybe cause theyve resigned to the fact noone listens to then and dont care
Further to above. I noted this arvo 4ZZZ doing something a bit different (itâs that kind of station) or innovative with their RDS PS.
A form of Dynamic RDS PS.
Whilst the PS was static most of the time, occasionally the callsign (station name) would
slowly shift right then shift left & then remain static for some time.

Can Confirm on My Denon Tuner tonight there is no RT the CT seems to be on and for some reason the TP is flagged. But Still RDS PS on 97.3

Perhaps there is some sort of upgrade in progress, a bit like how Hot Tomato had no PS for over a week recently.
I was being facetious, I can contact Ryan tomorrow and see whats going on and report back. from what I was aware of the upgrade happened last weekend⌠to both⌠maybe something has gone wrong⌠Ill ask tomorrow⌠Donât want to disturb someone this late
Ok so further to this, the response was basicalltthey dont really car(not in so many words, but it was conveyed this way.) about it at this time due to the ratings. They will fix when they can. Hot Tomato they did as it was blank and a high rating station.
Speaks volumes about ARNs commitment to Brisbane in my opinion.

Is Nova Brisbaneâs RDS text working currently (Iâm guessing RDS refers to the text on the screen when tuned to a station) as Iâve noticed itâs off lately.
Kiis Brisbane still broken. At this point they should just give up on the rds and turn it off⌠maybe ARN should just give up on Brisbane, judging by the ratings.

I agree. If it canât be immediately fixed, it should be turned off.
Probably the local tech(s) is(are) over burdened with other higher priority work & projects, but by gosh it looks so bad for a major network FM broadcast station in Australiaâs third largest city to display this fault condition message on everyones RDS tuners for so long.
It only takes for the local or national manager of ARN to make a quick call/email to the local tech to turn the RDS off.
Do the local ARN managers even tune to KIIS Brisbane in their vehicles & see the lovely âRDS PSâ display?
Perhaps callers to the Brisbane KIIS contest line should call in & answer as: âHi Iâm â(name)â Iâd like to have a go at the âRDS PSâ (KIIS) quiz.â That would be funny. 
Iâve brought it to the attention of those who I know and the response was always, its low priority, one even going as far to say the station doesnt really rate so its not on the high priority list⌠they would rather the resources go to the regional better rating stations!
Iâd laugh so hard at that⌠I already know people who do listen to Kiis here that have no idea where it went on their station list. They think it went off air and are looking for alternativesâŚ(these are people who are not technically inclined and use cars with difficult infotainment(Mercs/Audi)
Most new cars donât display frequency so RDS PS would mean nothing to most people and they would probably think its an error! So it really cannot be helping the ratings if people think its disappeared.
