look what happened to her previous shows she had hosted. They all failed.

Given filming starts on Wednesday you’d think we would have heard by now who was hosting this? Seems bizarre Channel Ten haven’t released the details yet.
Is anyone in Sydney planning on going along?

Yeah I saw that, and I wouldn’t mind Channel Ten going with somewhat of a left-field choice. Somehow I keep picturing Peter Berner suiting this role perfectly though.
I assume they’ll feature two hosts in line with the UK show. Someone like Adam Spencer, Dr Karl, Red Symons or David Astle would be perfect for that slot.

Maybe someone who has history with Mark Humphries and they already have chemistry and good banter.
His writing partner may not want an on screen role, but anyone from The Roast (vale 
) would be great.

Network Ten will be hoping that those families will tune into the Aussie version of **Pointless which will replace Family Feud in the 6pm timeslot later in the year.**
ABC radio personality Chris Bath was reportedly set to host the quiz show but had to pull out when the ABC banned her from accepting the gig. And Denyer said he too was spoken to about the role.
“We had discussions about it and it was an interesting idea but I thought, ‘Let someone else have a crack at that [6pm] timeslot,’” he told news.com.au.

Wreck a show for an untested new show?
You never know with Ten. Replacing a gameshow with a gameshow is a silly move so we’ll see what silly move they will make next.

It has worked for both seven and nine in the past so not sure why it would be considered silly.
Ten don’t have the same loyal audiences of Seven and Nine who watch anything they air at 6pm. I could be wrong but it’s unlikely Pointless will make a long term difference to the slot.
