If you live in an SCA area
I’d say it’s for the Knights, Cowboys and Titans by reading that?
Even though Triple M Newcastle and Townsville have already done this. Gold Coast took most of the Titans games this year with Andy Raymond and Ben Hannant calling the games.
EDIT: Knights, Titans, Cowboys and Raiders are mentioned at the bottom of the article. No idea who takes the Raiders games?

Interesting to hear the NRL trials on Triple M last night which is good. I was half expecting SEN to bring the games but not to be. Certainly the trials are very well cover these days on Foxtel let alone on radio. It wasn’t clear what matches Triple M (on the website) will cover. I assume the eels will be on air tonight.
Only the charity shield got coverage in times gone by and the All Stars match. Perhaps the only exception was when they had a more formal preseason comp (I can’t remember when the 90s?) . The “sevens” and the “nines” were quite well covered on radio and TV.
No footy on the radio tonight so far.
Will be surprised if the charity shield isn’t on the radio.
I missed the charity shield to check, the Brissy game is on Triple M.
Matthew Thompson will be pulling double duty for Nine this season:
Is it the one call for SEN, 2SM and Triple M regionals?
Makes it sound like it is sponsored by the car company!
The Continuous Call Team kicks off 2022 NRL season with game-winning line-up of sponsors
Nine Radio today unveils its strongest ever line-up of major partners and sponsors for The Continuous Call Team’s coverage of the 2022 NRL season on News Talk 2GB and 4BC.
With four games and a total of 17 hours of footy content every weekend, and all State of Origin matches, the Finals and Grand Final, returning sponsors to The Continuous Call Team include McDonald’s, Lowes, Harvey Norman, Ram Trucks and Isuzu.
In 2022, a number of new brands have also invested with Nine Radio including Gulf Western Oil, Catch Fitness, BlueBet, Ampol and Pilot, each leveraging the opportunities that Nine’s unrivalled Total Audio and Total TV ecosystem provides.
Entering its 36th year on air, The Continuous Call Team is the highest rating NRL coverage on Australian commercial radio, delivering entertainment, expert analysis and commentary each weekend, as part of Nine’s NRL coverage. The show is hosted by Mark Levy, supported by a panel of rugby league favourites – including Paul Gallen, Darryl Brohman, Mark Riddell, Shane Flanagan and Jamie Soward. This year, Nine’s Mat Thompson joins David Morrow and Chris Warren as the team’s play-by-play commentators. Ray Hadley will return to the commentary box for the 2022 State of Origin and NRL Finals series.
“Nine’s footy content ecosystem is unrivalled and our total audio proposition from WWOS to the Continuous Call Team has gone from strength to strength, delivering a highly engaged and passionate footy audience. It has been fantastic to have so many returning and new brands investing in Nine’s Audio footy content in 2022,” said Matt Granger, Nine’s Director of Sales – Sport.
Nine’s Commercial Director Audio, Anthony Smyth, said the interest in brands aligning themselves to Nine Radio’s NRL content has seen a record number of new partners sign up for the season.
“More than ever, people are turning to radio for live, local and up to date information, and sport is no different,” said Smyth. “It’s no more evident by the way in which sport content needs to be consumed live, and the desire from passionate NRL fans to tune in to the CCT to get the latest news and commentary, from some of the best commentators in the business.”
“This listener loyalty is recognised by big brands and as such has seen the return of our long term partners. And in testament to the cross platform power of Nine, I’m thrilled to see a record five new partners join our 2022 season coverage, all of who have come on board to integrate and align themselves within the No.1 NRL broadcast call each week.”

By “Fox and Sky” does he mean he worked for Sky at some point or is he saying that as his calls were carried on Sky NZ?
How’d he call a bloody international match before a domestic match? Well done my friend!
He was Sky’s Warriors caller for around 7-8 years, they flew him over for home games and also used him for Kiwis tests.
I believe it was Great Britain v Australia but I’m not sure how he called it or who for.
