It’s clear that Kate is battling some demons and for all the speculation about what’s going on, it appears that no one really knows and even Nova are playing it day by day. I’d be surprised if she’s back on the radio anytime soon. Hopefully she’s got a support network around her to get her the help she needs away from the Daily Mail’s cameras.

Fitzy and Wippa are having another Backyard Cricket match for charity at Kirribilli House. Normally held towards the end of the year, last year’s match had to be postponed because the ground was being landscaped.

Kate Ritchie made a statement about her absence on social media this morning, basically citing mental health issues and asking the paparazzi to leave her alone.

It’s disgraceful that she has had to endure the paparazzi and the Daily Mail harassment. Hopefully the statement will stop their pursuit.
Tom Grennan’s new song “Shadowboxing” has received its first radio airplay in Australia (to my knowledge) on Smallzy’s Surgery this evening.
His fourth studio album, Everywhere I Went, Led Me to Where I Didn’t Want to Be, will drop on August 15.
