I’m pretty sure Jermaine only does Sunday afternoons. This show is on a Saturday.
A trivia night – run by Sydney’s James Breko – was held at Alpha Restaurant this week, to raise funds for the grandson of Sean Jenkins – who has been diagnosed with leukaemia.
Sean is an Account Director with the NOVA Sydney Sales team and a long-standing NOVA team member.
Rival networks SCA and ARN also joined forces to support the cause, attending the event and also donating prizes.

If nova haven’t already poached Mitch churi they’d be fools. A smart way to capitalise (again) on a KIIS mistake and also get a brilliant broadcaster. Could see him on any show on any slot. He’s a rare talent.

Really? Again? Let it go now guys. You weren’t the first radio team to be let go and you certainly won’t be the last. It’s been a year. Time to move on and focus more on your show to keep it rating well.

It was 15 seconds at what seems like the end of a single show. I highly doubt any “focus” was taken away from planning the rest of their show for it.
Its not Jase, Lauren and Clints fault that RadioToday decided to put up an article about it.

I think what they said was absolutely fine and worth acknowledging, Lauren even mentions in the quote she’s sick of talking about it but doesn’t mean they can’t thank people for listening and celebrating their success.
RadioToday took the quotes from air, they just recycled it into a news story - nothing wrong with that but it was the on-air team who actually marked the anniversary.
