@spw68 has given up… he’s in a fetal position and will remain that way until Tuesday.
You’re very cheeky @MarkHD Lucky I have a sense of humour, lol. Seriously, though, I’m not in WIN territory so I can’t see it. Out of sight, out of mind.
March 1… I like it.
As a society, I feel Australia hasn’t become AmericaniZed enough yet. (@JBar)
It’s too late. In the past week I saw a child on The Project talking about diapers and a kid in the street begging her mother to buy her some candy and her mother saying she has been eating too much candy lately.
We’ve lost the battle. We have become America. I give up.
If WIN HD and 9Life doesn’t automatically appear, you don’t have to rescan the entire TV band to get it.
Just do a manual scan on WIN’s frequency and then you only have to deal with Extra/Gold.
What’s a frequency?
What sound format will WIN HD most likely be in ? AAC ? Dolby Digital ?
Presumely the same audio format as 9 HD?
Is 6 am the starting time for WIN HD and 9life or will it be sometime in the morning of March 1?
I wouldn’t be surprised if they flick the switch at like 3am or something (from memory, Nine flicked the switch at/around 3am on November 26) to minimise viewer disruption as much as possible.
WINFail…
The EPG has not yet been updated, but I assume they will update the EPG at the same time when WIN HD and 9life starts.
Maybe they are having some problems at mediahub trying to get ready for March 1?
Look! The nine dots in front of the WIN logo.
I’m just glad they weren’t using the usual ACA skidmark.
Yep. If you ask me, they should always use their regular watermark on the 7.30pm 9Gem and late night/early morning WIN airings of ACA!
It’s great to see that WIN HD and 9Life will be launching tomorrow.
I just wish we were in the same boat as NBN with the channel launching as 9HD WIN.
But of course, that would never happen with WIN in charge!
Still using the old 2009-14 GO! logo there!
