Nine hasn’t owned the brand since it sold ACP Magazines to Bauer Media in 2012. Money magazine is currently owned and operated by Rainmaker Information, which is a financial services research company.

The Australian’s Media Diary says that Nine Radio is toying with the idea of moving in with ARN at the latter’s Mount Street HQ in North Sydney. Sources say that ARN is only really using two of the four floors they have leased out in the Coca-Cola building, and that Nine Radio boss Tom Malone has already had some preliminary chats with ARN chair Hamish McLennan about moving in.
I think Nine Radio itself is still out at Pyrmont though (same building but different floor to Nova) as Nine Radio never moved when Nine moved from Willoughby to 1 Denison Street.
Moving some radio stations is relatively easy. I do wonder if 10 will bother building anything other than a couple of news studios, and just rent NEP studios whenever they need something bigger.
Anything at that site is still a long way off. The proposed zoning change doesn’t even require a full demolishing, they - they could also extended the existing buildings or build on the existing open space.
