I do, it was stupid having Hitch sitting behind the desk, then 20-30 seconds later standing by the screen. Showed so obviously the opener was pre-recorded. Not to mention the awkward 5 seconds when the presenter is just standing staring at you on screen and not saying anything.

One thing I really like about the GTV bulletin is the theme sting and set wide shots when coming back from the break. Iā€™ve always though the way that others do it (title card swoosh and no music, straight to reader) seems a bit boring.

Livinias weather titlecards have also had a makeover.

The set looks sooo much better.
The white lighting is slightly different though from the original version. The very top lighting strip is now white instead of blue.

Livinia appears to have moved to the opposite side, in line with Sydney also.

Itā€™s always been like this for the preview.
Weā€™ll have to wait till 6.55 to see if itā€™s been moved completely

Hasnā€™t changed.
The shot of Pete and Tony is a little tighter though.
Livinia still presenting the main weather report from the right screen.

Hopefully they look into using a new wider shot of Melbourne and using some different angles/presentation spots during the bulletin.

Looked x10 better tonight though with the white colours.
