That picture quality was pretty poor on all networks. 10 later switched to another camera and the quality was noticeable better.

Feed is produced by the government for all networks to prevent having a trillion cameras packed in together. Also allows for social distancing.
Each network plugs in their Dejero or LiveU system into a central output system, usually HDMI or SDI, which distributes the feed back to the stations.
