Me too because I find the TVNZ or TV3 coverage actually limited as they are too much studio focused full of panelists taking and the unnecessary ad breaks and not enough reaction of minor party leaders

I am really enjoying Oriini as a newsreader, her current stint on weekend bulletins is the first time I have been able to see her. Would have been great if it was a permanent role for her.

Yes, just a brief mention though, not a full story. They also verified that there had been complaints about him at Al Jazeera.

Interesting that Amanda didn’t present Late instead, or Rebecca presented both. Maybe Rebecca was running late to the office? 
Has she been doing much other work at Three since The AM Show wrapped?
Presenting … I’ve seen her mostly on The Project while Kanoa was filming Sort Your Life Out + Newshub Late a few times.

Lol that Newshub’s stance this evening was there was no chance of change on 501s. 1 news says change is already being talked about… The (slightly bombastic) 7 News reporter on Newshub Late pushed back on Rebecca Wright’s assertion change was impossible and gave some context.
Didn’t see the 6pm bulletins but surprisingly different lines up between the channels on 8pm / Tonight / Late.
One overly hyped-up political story, but mostly enjoyed Newshub’s bulletins tonight and last night. Last night was a better bulletin than 1 News, and after watching 1 News’ opening tonight I switched over to Newshub which had a much better line-up promo’d.
Also appreciate that Newshub report the case numbers and death toll. A bit of push back against this silly ‘the pandemic is over’ rubbish.
