Um, excuse me? Unfortunately?! What a laughable post.
As others have said, Melbourne needs to be permanent for News Breakfast every single day, and that includes the weekends.

It’s not laughable at all. Fauziah and Dan (thank the lord he’s gone) are two of the worst presenters the ABC has ever had.

That News Breakfast as a whole is not presented from Melbourne on weekends.
That’s what’s laughable.
Weekend Breakfast is scheduled to finish at 10:35am.
The 10am-10:30am portion is also coming from a secondary studio space to allow Offsiders to use the main Melbourne news studio.
Edit - appears they are staying on air until the usual finish time of 11am
So maybe it doesn’t work so well on Sundays…
