Yes - I saw this at the time as well. It made me try to find out more about the TSA (Transition Service Agreement) between Sky TV and WBD. All I can find is Sky TV CEO Sophie Maloney stating that playout control moves to Sky TV during 2026.

Season 18 of MasterChef Australia premieres on TVNZ 2 on Monday, June 1 at 7.30pm, continuing on Tuesday and Wednesday in the same timeslot. This season saw the return of auditions week, with 40 hopefuls cooking for a spot in the top 24. Among the hopefuls was Dorothy “Dot” McHugh, a 31-year-old senior graphic designer from Sydney. She was born in NZ and is a former NZ cherry spitting champion.
